Who We Support

We are a space for everyone!

Kids from 3+...

supporting to build discipline, confidence, coordination, and character in a fun and dynamic class of mixed martial arts and fitness

supporting girls to start or continue martial arts through a programme just for them, to empower them with self-defence techniques and support them to grow in a sport

we have amazing people in our community who create such a warm and supportive environment, with people from various backgrounds. Representation is important to us

88% of our adults are female, and we have a women's only class to support women to get into fitness and empower them with self-defence and combat techniques

People who have gone through trauma

We are a trauma-informed studio, and allow everyone to have choice to take part how they wish to (e.g. no contact in the martial arts, or moving in yoga in a way that feels good to you) and aim to promote the feeling of safety

People who struggle with their mental health

punching a bag in martial arts or mindfully moving / finding stillness in yoga are two great ways to support mental health as supporting the body and mind

We have classes for pretty much all ages!

From 3 years old to 70 years+

Girls-only
Classes

Women-only Classes

Men who are looking for a non-intimidating martial arts environment

we get many guys joining us as they want to practice martial arts but without the main focus being a full on contact practice, and instead more on building technique and fitness.

People looking for community

People who have reduced mobility (from age, chronic illness etc.)

we are not medical professionals and never replace that advice, but we support by providing options for people in classes. In Yoga, there is always an option of a yoga mat, a chair, or both.

1-2-1 sessions support an even more individualised approach.

Across the age groups we have people who come to the Studio who have autism and/or ADHD, and we have supported them through routine, community, commitment, and support

People who are neurodivergent
