At Nodoka Studio, we do what we can to support your safety in this space. Yet customers accept and voluntarily agree to participate in the event with the risk that there may be personal injury (potentially serious or debilitating) or illness arising from such participation. Customers will waive Nodoka Studio's responsibility for physical/mental/emotional injury caused in our events/workshops (or any business running events in our studio), except for instances of negligence. None of the information shared with you is any way intended to constitute medical advice or act as a substitute for medical care. If you are pregnant, could potentially be pregnant, or you are post-natal, you understand the risks involved for yourself and the child if you participate, and you should get medical advice. We may also provide refreshments at the studio (including hot drinks) so please do check and ask about ingredients if you have an intolerance / allergy, and we will look to share this information with you, but please know that the waiver also includes any food/drink provided at the studio. *
