We take our responsibility of how we treat our members data very seriously at Nodoka Studio. Accordingly, whilst it’s always disappointing to hear of a complaint, we will act upon this complaint to rectify and/or improve practice.

Raising A Complaint

We’re sorry you need to raise a data protection concern with Nodoka Studio. We want you to know that it will be taken seriously and dealt with as a priority.

How We Will Receive And Deal With Your Complaint

We will always acknowledge receipt of any complaint raised within 30 days (starting from the day after the complaint is received). We will then take appropriate steps to respond to complaints as soon as possible, including making appropriate enquiries, and keep people informed, including the outcome of their complaint.

As per the ICO Guidance, we will ask for verification of identity and authority (where complaints are made on behalf of others).

We will also review data protection complaints to learn and improve internal processes if needed.

If We Can’t Satisfy Your Concerns

We hope we can resolve matters amicably with you, and will gladly work through any issues you are encountering until satisfactory resolved.
